  • Unveiling the Adventure of the Adventurer Bunny: A Journey of Fun and Discovery

the Adventurer Bunny Hi, I’m Vikram, welcome to The Travelbunny where I write about travel, food and adventure Hi! If you are here, it’s because you want to know a bit more about me, so I better introduce myself! I’m Vikram ,a self-ironic man born in an Incredible country : India . At age 19, I left my parent’s house and started my nomadic life. I first explored my beautiful India, living in Chandigrah city and Rome for a few years. Then In 2007 I started a welding school. After finishing my diploma I started a Job to continued my career in the welding Industry . I worked as a welder for five years. I had a prestigious job, a good salary, and a studio flat, all to myself. I was living in one of the coolest Indian City. I had the “perfect life,” but I wasn’t really happy. I knew I didn’t want that life. It wasn’t the real me. From a young age, I was crazy about traveling, but my family was so poor that I had to dream for many years. One day I decided that I had dreamed enough, and on the 10th of August 2012, I decided that in 6 months, I would quit my job, save some money , and learn french and I will immigrate to Quebec, Canada. It wasnt that easy and quick what I was hoping. It took me 5 years to immigrate. I was about to realize my most significant, wildest dreams, and I’ll never forget that day! Until recently, I've spent 7 years in Canada and have travelled to Latin America and Mexico . Eroupre which is my next destination and probably sooner I would be preparin for my trip. I’m a part-time blogger and fit my passion for travel, food and adventure around family, friends and work. When I’m not travelling or working I love hiking, soccer, hockey and kayaking.  Food plays a big part in my travels and it’s a great way to learn about a destination. I love try new dishes, local favourites and street food then recreate those dishes back home . My favourite dish is tacos. I like my home comforts – a good B&B is a must and I adore a boutique hotel. Sometimes we’ll splurge because, let’s face it, a bit of luxe is never a bad thing. Occasionally I’ll do something different, like that time I would be staying in a treehouse in Nicaragua.
